Monk Media One is a full-service advertising agency in Ahmedabad working with businesses across Gujarat and India. We build campaigns end to end — the strategic idea, the creative and the ad film, the media plan across digital, print, outdoor and radio, the buying, and the measurement that tells you what the money bought. The reason to work with an advertising agency rather than a channel specialist is sequence: the strategy decides the channel, not the other way round. A specialist arrives already knowing the answer is more of what they sell. We start from the business objective, then choose where a rupee works hardest for it. Sometimes that is performance media; sometimes it is a hoarding on SG Highway and a radio spot; often it is a combination that neither a digital agency nor a traditional one would have proposed alone.
Every campaign starts with three questions: who are we talking to, what do they currently believe, and what do we need them to believe instead. That is the brief. We write it with you rather than for you, because the answers usually exist inside the business already — in what the sales team hears, in why customers churn, in the objection that comes up on every call. From there we set the measurable objective, the budget split and the success criteria before a single piece of creative is made.
Concepts, key visuals, scripts and the production itself. Our in-house video team shoots ad films, brand films and product work from Ahmedabad, which means the idea and the execution do not get lost in a handover between two companies. Print, outdoor and digital artwork is produced by the same creative team, so a campaign holds together across formats instead of looking like three campaigns.
We plan across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic display, print, outdoor, radio and cinema, then buy and manage the plan. Wherever a platform allows it, media is bought in your name and on your account, so the spend history, audience data and remarketing lists remain yours if you ever change agency. That is not the industry norm and it is deliberate.
Tracking is set up before launch, not after someone asks for a report. That means conversion events, call tracking, a source-tagged enquiry path into your CRM, and a single monthly view that ties spend to enquiries to closed business — as far down that chain as your systems allow us to see.
We have produced campaigns for manufacturing and industrial brands, real estate developers, hospitality, education and consumer businesses across Gujarat. Recent film and design work is on our portfolio site.
Advertising work is quoted in two parts that are worth keeping separate in your head: the agency fee and the media spend. The agency fee covers strategy, creative, production and management. The media spend goes to the platforms and publishers and is passed through — we do not mark it up.
Most clients work on a monthly retainer that covers ongoing campaign management and an agreed volume of creative, with production for larger pieces — an ad film, an outdoor campaign — quoted per project. One-off campaign engagements are also possible where there is a specific launch or seasonal push.
The honest constraint is media, not fees. A campaign spread across four channels on a budget that only supports one will underperform on all four. If your budget makes a channel unviable we will say so before you commit, and recommend the narrower plan that can actually work.
This page covers one angle. The underlying services are described in more detail here:
It takes a business objective and turns it into a campaign that runs across whichever channels reach the audience — the idea, the creative, the film or the artwork, the media plan, the buying, and the measurement afterwards. The difference from a single-channel specialist is that the channel choice comes after the strategy rather than before it. If radio and outdoor will reach a Gujarat audience more efficiently than paid social for a given product, that is what we recommend.
Both. We plan and buy across digital, print, outdoor, radio and cinema. Media is bought in the client name wherever the platform allows it, so you keep the account, the history and the data if you ever change agency.
Performance channels such as Google and Meta produce measurable response within days, though the first two to three weeks are usually spent finding which audience and message combination works. Brand-led advertising — outdoor, radio, brand film — moves slower and is measured differently, through recall, direct traffic and enquiry quality rather than click-through rate. We agree which of the two a campaign is before it launches, because judging a brand campaign on performance metrics is the most common way good work gets cancelled early.
It depends far more on the channel mix than on the agency fee. A focused digital campaign can run meaningfully on a modest monthly media budget; a television or outdoor campaign cannot. We would rather tell you a channel is not viable at your budget than spread it thin across four of them. Tell us the number and the objective and we will say honestly what is achievable.
Yes. We work with clients across Gujarat — Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Gandhinagar and Bhavnagar — and with businesses elsewhere in India, the UAE and Canada. Shoots and workshops happen in person; planning and reporting run remotely.
Yes, and it is a common request. We start with an audit of what is running, what it has cost and what it has returned, before changing anything. Occasionally the honest finding is that the existing campaign is sound and the problem sits elsewhere — in the offer, the landing page or the follow-up. We will say so.
Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it. First conversations are free and there is no pitch deck.
