How we work with clients

Working with a AI automation agency in Ahmedabad

Almost every automation project that fails was sold as a technology and should have been sold as a process. The successful ones start somewhere unglamorous: a person re-typing order details from an email into a spreadsheet and then into an accounting system; a lead form that emails an inbox and loses the source; the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday morning. That work is repetitive, rule-based and measurable, which is exactly what automates well. Our AI automation work in Ahmedabad starts by mapping the process as it is actually performed — not as the manual says it is performed — and then automating the parts that are genuinely rule-based. The parts that need judgement stay with people, deliberately. We also say plainly at the start what automation does to a team, because a project sold to staff as a threat is a project that quietly fails: what automates well is the work nobody wanted, and what is left is the work that needed a person all along. Our dedicated automation practice runs at monkmediaone.tech.

Our process

How we work

01

Process mapping

We watch how the work is actually done, including the workarounds. The gap between the documented process and the real one is usually where the automation opportunity is.

02

Prioritise by hours saved

Candidates ranked by time recovered against effort to build. The first project should pay for itself quickly enough that the second is easy to approve.

03

Build on what you have

Connecting existing tools rather than replacing them. Replacing a working system is expensive, disruptive and usually the least effective fix.

04

Alerting and fallback

Every automation ships with failure alerting and a documented manual fallback. Automations fail quietly, and a break that goes unnoticed for a fortnight is worse than no automation.

05

Review and extend

After a month we measure what was actually saved and decide whether the next phase is worth doing. Sometimes the answer is no.

Engagement models

What it costs

A single focused workflow is normally a two to four week project, quoted against a written scope. Broader programmes run in phases, each scoped and priced separately with a decision point between them.

Platform subscription costs — the automation tools, model usage, connectors — are separate from our fee and quoted at cost, so you can see the ongoing running cost before committing.

We would rather build one workflow that saves real hours than a programme that looks impressive in a proposal. If the second phase does not justify itself, we will say so.

Why us

Why Monk Media One

Process first, technology second

We map how the work is really done before proposing anything.

We do not replace working systems

Most of the value is in connecting what you already have.

Built to fail loudly

Alerting and a manual fallback on everything, because silent failure is the real risk.

Honest about scope

Judgement calls stay with people. We will tell you which parts should not be automated.

Recent work

See it in practice

Projects are easier to judge than descriptions. The portfolio has recent work, and the clients page lists who we do it for.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

With a process that is visibly costing someone hours every week, not with a technology. The best first candidates are repetitive, rule-based and high-volume: re-typing data between two systems, chasing the same follow-up, assembling the same report every Monday. We map the workflow first and automate the parts that are genuinely rule-based, leaving judgement calls with people.

In our experience it moves them rather than replaces them. The work that automates well is the work nobody wanted — data entry, chasing, copying between systems. What is left is the part that needs a person. We say this plainly at the start because a project sold to a team as a threat is a project that quietly fails.

Usually not, and we would rather you did not. Most of the value comes from connecting the tools you already use so information stops being re-entered. Replacing a working system is expensive, disruptive and often the least effective way to fix the problem.

A single focused workflow is usually a two to four week project. Broader programmes covering several processes run in phases, each with its own scope and decision point, so you can stop when the return stops justifying the next phase. Ongoing subscription costs for the platforms involved are separate from our fee and quoted at cost.

Access is scoped to what a workflow actually needs, credentials stay in your accounts rather than ours, and anything involving customer data is agreed in writing before implementation. Where a process can be built without sending data to a third-party model, we build it that way.

Automations fail quietly, which is the real risk — a broken workflow can lose enquiries for a fortnight before anyone notices. Everything we build has failure alerting and a documented manual fallback, so a break is visible immediately and the process can still run by hand until it is fixed.
