Calls, reviews and approvals happen in that window, and a shared channel covers everything in between. Your dedicated account manager is your single point of contact.
We quote and invoice in euros. Payment is by Stripe, Wise or international bank transfer. There is no published price list: after a free call we send a written scope and a fixed quote. Ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer; one-off work is quoted as a project.
Our team works in English. For campaigns in other European languages we agree at the start whether you provide the copy or we bring in a native-speaking specialist, so nothing is machine-translated without review.
