That gives a dependable overlap of four to five hours every working day for calls, reviews and approvals, plus a shared channel for anything in between. Your dedicated account manager is your single point of contact.
We quote and invoice in pounds sterling. Payment is by Stripe, Wise or international bank transfer. We don’t publish a price list: after a free call we send a written scope and a fixed quote. Ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer; one-off work is quoted as a project.
We follow GDPR practices and sign a data processing agreement wherever our work touches personal data — customer lists, CRM records or analytics. We only access what a task needs, and accounts and data stay in your organisation’s name. We sign an NDA before any confidential material is shared, and white-label work never carries our name.
